Our
Learn to Skate Star Class Program Co-ordinator is Pam Redfern who is a
fully qualified and accredited Level One roller skating coach. Willows
on Wheels provides a safe environment for all children
and has ensured all coaches employed are holders of the Queensland
Government's Child Safety Intiative - Blue Card. If Parents wish to
confirm Blue Cards they are available on request. Pam has over 30 years
of roller skating
experience and Kim has been skating for 20 years.
There are four levels where each skater (Mums, dads and
children alike)
will progress through, starting from the basic skating fundamentals all
the way through to the advanced skills if they choose. As each skater
passes a star level they will receive a certificate

the participation of our Learn to Skate Star Classes, all skaters will
acquire a number of life attributes such as: an active lifestyle,
social skills, self-esteem, self-discipline, self-reliance and
self-confidence, whilst also learning respect for others, respect of
success and failure, and about being a good sport whilst skating with
others who share the same interests, ambitions and passions.

Willows
on Wheels caters for all ages and levels of fitness on roller blades or
traditional quad skates. In an effort to encourage total family
participation and make it a family experience, our Saturday morning
session is FREE for
parents who wish to skate with their children.
Willows on Wheels strives to ensure your safety and is here to help you
learn and enjoy your Roller Skating / Blading experience. If you
have any questions or require additional information, please do not

available during and after the Star Class lessons on Saturday mornings.
